Refund Policy

Please allow between 5-14 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email us at support@revitaleye.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. Please include your order number, your full name, email associated with the order, shipping address, and reason for return/refund.

 

Our Refund Policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless you are eligible for our 90-day money-back guarantee.

 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (i.e. not dirty, damaged, or missing parts). It must also be in the original packaging. If you have ordered from Revitaleye in the past, any orders after the first order will not be eligible for a refund unless damaged when delivered.

 

*Customers must cover their own shipping cost, with tracking included.

 

Please do not “return to sender” or send your package back to the manufacturer. Do not resend it to where it came from, as that is not our mailing address where returns are processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If a product differs from the purchase agreement or does otherwise not correspond to the description provided by Revitaleye, you have the right to make a complaint about the product to Revitaleye.

 

In that case, you’re welcome to make a complaint about your product. You can contact our customer service team to file a complaint here.

 

The right of complaint only includes faults at delivery (and not faults that for instance occurred due to the product’s expired shelf life or due to normal wear and tear). You need to notify Revitaleye about the fault within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the fault and at the latest two months after you received the product. Revitaleye, therefore, recommends you to carefully inspect products directly upon receiving them.

 

Depending on the type of product fault we may require you to provide photographic proof. Throughout the reclamation period, you are required to retain the original packaging, packing slip, and the products in question.

 

Depending on the extent of the damage you will be able to get a replacement, remediation, or a price reduction. For further claims, exceeding the costs of the product, Revitaleye will act in accordance with applicable consumer purchase law.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@revitaleye.com

 

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@revitaleye.com

 

Force majeure

 

Revitaleye is not required to fulfill the purchase agreement if the fulfillment is complicated due to an event outside of the reasonable control of Revitaleye (e.g. changed legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events). Such circumstances also relieve Revitaleye from the obligation to pay compensation. If these circumstances last longer than two (2) months, both the consumer and Revitaleye have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be canceled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

 

Invalid Reasons:

 

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering patches at Revitaleye. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. We cannot provide refunds for any reasons related to allergic reactions, sensitivity, or ingredient related. While Revitaleye is safe for all skin types, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they check the ingredients and purchase accordingly. We also cannot provide refunds for international orders for the reason of currency discrepancy as all prices are displayed and transacted in USD (United State Dollars) at the current exchange rate.
